Delivery Timelines:

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes approximately 3-7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Shipping Charges:

  • Free Delivery on all orders within India.

  • For international shipments, delivery charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your order on the courier partner’s website or directly via the tracking link we provide.

Delivery Areas:

  • We currently deliver to all major cities and towns within India. For international orders, we offer shipping to select countries.

Delivery Issues:

  • If your order is delayed, damaged, or you have any concerns, please contact our customer support at Ecommerce@roadcast.in .

  • Any missing or damaged products must be reported within 7 days of receiving the package to be eligible for a replacement.

Note:

  • We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or restricted areas. If you're unsure, please contact us before placing your order.

  • Our delivery partners may require a signature for some deliveries, so please ensure that someone is available to accept the package.
