Eligibility Criteria:

  • The product must be in its original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact.

  • Replacement is applicable only for defective or damaged products received.

  • Requests must be raised within 7 calendar days of delivery.

How to Request a Replacement:

  1. Email us at Ecommerce@roadcast.in with your order ID and product issue.

  2. Share clear images or a short video highlighting the defect or damage.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup and dispatch your replacement.

Important Notes:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible.

  • Only one replacement request per product is allowed.

  • Replacement is subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund or alternative will be offered.
