At TWM (Track What Matters), your satisfaction and peace of mind matter to us. That’s why we offer a 7-Day Replacement Policy on all our products.
Eligibility Criteria:

The product must be in its original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact.

Replacement is applicable only for defective or damaged products received.

Requests must be raised within 7 calendar days of delivery.
How to Request a Replacement:

Email us at Ecommerce@roadcast.in with your order ID and product issue.

Share clear images or a short video highlighting the defect or damage.

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup and dispatch your replacement.
Important Notes:

Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible.

Only one replacement request per product is allowed.

Replacement is subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund or alternative will be offered.
