What does a 3 channel dash cam record?
Three views at the same time: the road ahead in 2K, the inside of the car in 1080p and the road behind in 1080p. All 3 are saved to the microSD card and show up in the TWM app.
Why would I want a cabin camera?
It records what happens inside the car, which helps if a passenger disputes a fare or makes a complaint. If you drive passengers, tell them the car has a cabin camera.
Does it record when the car is parked?
It supports parking monitoring, which needs the camera to have power while the car is off. Some cars keep the charger socket live with the ignition off and many don't. Time-lapse parking recording needs a 3-wire step-down cable, which isn't in the box.
What's in the box?
The R3 dash cam with its front and cabin cameras, a rear camera, the rear camera cable, a car charger power cable and an adhesive windscreen mount. A microSD card isn't included.
Which memory card should I use?
Any microSD card from 16GB to 256GB works. We suggest a U3 card, because the R3 writes 3 video streams at once.
Can I watch and download footage on my phone?
Yes. The R3 connects over Wi-Fi to the TWM - Track What Matters app on Android and iPhone, where you can watch and download clips from all 3 cameras.
Do you offer installation?
Yes. Add installation (₹990) when you order, then book a slot on the installation page with your order ID. We cover major tier 1 and tier 2 cities. Extra charges may apply in remote areas.
How long does delivery take, and what if it's faulty?
Orders ship in 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–7 business days, with free delivery across India and cash on delivery. If the camera arrives defective or damaged, we replace it within 7 days, and it has a 1 year warranty.
