How long does the battery last?
About 100 days on standby with the tracker reporting every 10 minutes. More frequent updates use more battery, so a shorter interval shortens that. Charge it with the 4-pin magnetic cable in the box.
Where do I fit it?
Anywhere on steel: under a seat, inside the boot, on a chassis rail, or on a trailer or machine. The magnet holds it in place, so there's nothing to wire.
Will I know if the vehicle leaves an area?
Yes. Set a geofence (a safe zone) on the map in the TWM app, and you get an alert when the tracker leaves or enters it.
Can I see where it has been?
Yes. Route history playback in the TWM app replays past routes, with history records and trip details.
Does it work where there's no 4G?
It falls back to 2G when 4G isn't available, so it keeps reporting in areas with weak 4G coverage.
G50 or S15: which should I buy?
The G50 has the bigger battery (10,000 mAh, about 100 days standby), geofence alerts, Wi-Fi positioning and a magnetic charging port. The S15 is smaller and lighter at 255 g, costs less, and adds speed and light (removal) alerts. Both are magnetic, show route history in the TWM app, take a SIM card and work with the TWM app.
Does it need a SIM card?
Yes. The tracker sends its location over the mobile network, so it needs a SIM card. Add the 4G SIM card for GPS trackers (₹990 for 1 year, including 18% GST) when you order. One SIM per tracker. From the second year it renews at ₹990 a year.
How long does delivery take, and what if it's faulty?
Orders ship in 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–7 business days, with free delivery across India and cash on delivery. If the tracker arrives defective or damaged, we replace it within 7 days, and it has a 1 year warranty.
