The TWM AI Dash Cam has two cameras and a 4G connection. The front camera records the road in 1080p and runs ADAS (advanced driver assistance). The driver camera runs DMS (driver monitoring system) and spots fatigue, phone use and distraction. What is an AI dash cam with ADAS and DMS?
A normal dash cam only records. An AI dash cam also understands what it sees. ADAS watches the road ahead for vehicles and lane markings. DMS watches the driver's face for closed eyes, yawning, a phone or a cigarette. Both give spoken alerts in the cab in real time, so the driver can correct course, and fleet managers get a record of every event to coach drivers with.

What is an AI dash cam with ADAS and DMS?
It's a dash cam that recognises what it records. ADAS (advanced driver assistance) watches the road and warns about a vehicle closing in, following too closely or drifting out of lane. DMS (driver monitoring system) watches the driver and warns about phone use, smoking, yawning, closed eyes and distraction. This camera does both, with its two cameras.
What does the price include?
The camera costs ₹13,990, with the driver camera (DMS), SOS button, relay and mounting kit. Live video, alert clips and tracking in the TWM app need two add-ons: the 4G SIM card for 1 year (₹4,190) and the server subscription for 1 year (₹2,890), so the first year comes to ₹21,070. From the second year the SIM and server subscription renew at ₹7,080 a year. All prices include 18% GST.
Does it need a SIM card and internet?
For live video, alert clips and tracking, yes. The camera has its own 4G connection, so it doesn't need Wi-Fi or a phone hotspot. Add the 4G SIM card and the server subscription for 1 year when you order. The ADAS and DMS voice alerts in the cab work on the camera itself.
Can I watch live video and track the vehicle on my phone?
Yes. In the TWM app you can watch both cameras live, track the vehicle live on the map, replay routes and play back video history.
Does it work in trucks and buses?
Yes. It runs on 9–30V DC, so it suits 12V cars and vans as well as 24V trucks and buses. It's hardwired to the vehicle's fuse box rather than a charger socket.
Which memory card should I use?
A class 10 microSD card of 32GB or more, up to 256GB. A card isn't included. The manual recommends replacing the card every six months, because the camera records constantly.
What happens when the driver presses SOS?
The SOS button sends an alert to the TWM app straight away and starts saving video, so the control room can see what's happening and respond.
Do you offer installation?
Yes. Add installation (₹990) when you order, then book a slot on the installation page with your order ID. We cover major tier 1 and tier 2 cities. Extra charges may apply in remote areas.
How long does delivery take, and what if it's faulty?
Orders ship in 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–7 business days, with free delivery across India and cash on delivery. If the camera arrives defective or damaged, we replace it within 7 days, and it has a 1 year warranty.
