Which SD Card for a Dash Cam?
Short answer
A microSD card, not a full-size SD card. For every TWM dash cam on sale we recommend a U3 card, which writes fast enough for 4K and for 2 or 3 cameras recording at once. The cameras take cards up to 256GB. None of them comes with a card, so add one to the order. U3 cards start at ₹2,090.

U1 cards cost less, but our product pages recommend U3 for every current camera.
Which size
A dash cam records in a loop: when the card is full, the oldest video is overwritten. A bigger card keeps more days before that happens. If you drive a lot or use parking mode, go larger.
Two habits worth having
- Format the card in the camera before first use.
- After an incident, copy the clip off the card the same day, before the loop reaches it.
